Bring Your Loved Ones to Canada

Family Class

Canada strongly values family reunification. In this regard, the Family Class program allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their spouses, partners, children, parents, grandparents and, in specific circumstances, other relatives to immigrate to Canada as permanent residents.

We assist with spousal sponsorship applications from overseas (i.e. the Family Class) or within Canada (i.e. the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class).

How Can We Help?

Legal requirements for Family sponsorship applications are complex and involve significant responsibilities.

We are here to:

  • Help you determine the program eligibility for you and your foreign national spouse or partner.

  • Guide you through the process to ensure that all requirements are met.

  • Assist you with collecting all supporting documents to ensure a strong application submission.

  • Anticipate potential issues or obstacles and provide tailored solutions to maximize your chances of success.

Why Us?

  • We take sincere care of our clients, for we have gone through the same experience of the Canadian immigration process.

  • Our core values are integrity and honesty, and clients can expect truthful, transparent and genuine communication.

  • Our services are personalized, tailored to each client’s needs, and based on mutual trust and loyalty. Moreover, confidence is crucial in this process due to the nature of the family class applications.

Here is an overview of the steps when hiring our services:

1. Initial Consultation

The purpose of the initial consultation is to learn about you and your situation based on the information you provide.

This consultation includes the assessment for the particular program, an explanation of the process, a review of your case, an analysis of the overall costs and processing time (to the extent possible due to the variability of immigration department processing times), and personalized recommendations and suggestions. After the appointment, you will receive a follow-up email containing a summary of the meeting.

If you decide to retain our services, the initial consultation fee will be deducted from the overall professional fees.

2.      Service Agreement

  • If you decide to proceed, we will enter into a Service agreement that outlines our scope of services, fees, payment milestones, and mutual responsibilities.

  • After the Service Agreement is signed and initial payment is received, we will commence the preparation of your application package. This means that we will assist and guide you in gathering all necessary documents to well corroborate your case.

  • Once all documents are gathered and reviewed, we ensure that your application is accurately completed and submitted to avoid any delays.

  • We monitor your application status, communicate with the immigration department, and send you a regular update throughout the process.

  • In the event of an interview, we will provide you with extensive preparation to present your case effectively and address the potential officer’s concerns.

Reuniting families can be an intricate and stressful process. However, the joy that follows approval outweighs any challenge.

We are here to assist you.
